HBCU Student Career [Fixed] 9/13/2018

Hey guys, After a lot of testing, I was finally able to fix the issue with the HBCU Student Career. There was an issue with the classes being at midnight each night. Now, the hours are fixed. The career no longer causes last exception files. The career is updated and in working condition as of September 13, 2018.
